Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kaho Design piece! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund within 10 business days of receiving the item. We offer free return shipping. All sales are final.

Here's How to Return:

  1. Contact us via our contact page to request a return authorization.
  2. We will provide you with a return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is unworn and unaltered.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Please note:

  • Special orders and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment for its full value. Kaho Design is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
